Dear MechE Grad Students,
We are seeking graduate student peer mentors for the 2023-2024 MechE ENGAGE (Empowering New Grads to Achieve Graduate Excellence) Program. ENGAGE is a peer mentorship program to help equip new students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate the unique challenges of graduate study in MechE. If you are eager to support new graduate students and desire to strengthen the MechE community, then we want to hear from you! Application open until Friday, July 28th, 2023
Eligibility: Graduate student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, advisor support not required to apply but will be necessary to participate. International students with full RA/TA are unfortunately not eligible due to visa restrictions.
Compensation: mentors receive a $1200 stipend (see program flyer for more details)
